Colette Closes $4.1 Million Land Transaction on Behalf of Board of Regents
Posted December 23, 2014 in NewsOn December 15, 2014 Joseph Colette represented the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia in closing the $4.1 million acquisition of three multi-acre Downtown Atlanta properties on behalf of Georgia State University for the future expansion of its existing student housing. Colette was appointed by Attorney General Samuel Olens as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents is the policy making board for the University System of Georgia.
